In a breach of contract case, New York’s Highest Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Kelly Coffey, represented by the law firm of Held & Hines LLP.
Defendants’.Motion for leave to appeal dismissed upon the ground that the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution.
