Jeffrey B. Manca, Esq. is a seasoned trial attorney with more than two decades of experience litigating high-stakes personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Known for his aggressive advocacy and command of the courtroom, he has built his career taking cases from intake through verdict, and is always prepared to try a case when insurers refuse to pay fair value.
For nearly 15 years, Mr. Manca ran his own practice, where he handled a high-volume docket of complex injury matters and served as lead trial counsel in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, snow and ice conditions, labor law violations, municipal liability, and police misconduct. He has extensive experience conducting and defending depositions and 50-h hearings, and routinely prepares and argues dispositive motions, including summary judgment and appellate matters.
Mr. Manca has tried cases to verdict and has been repeatedly called upon to step in as trial counsel for other firms, a reflection of his reputation as a litigation-first attorney who is comfortable in front of judges and juries. His approach is straightforward: build every case as if it will be tried, apply pressure early, and force meaningful results.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Manca honed his litigation skills at prominent New York personal injury firms, where he handled all aspects of plaintiff-side litigation in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Mr. Manca earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brooklyn College.
