Held & Hines Beats Boies Schiller Again As Supreme Court Upholds Prior Orders Ordering Statutory Interest Be Paid By Extell Development for Breach of Contract
On April 10, 2017, Judge Debra James held in favor of Held & Hines, LLP against Boies Schiller and their client, Extell Development by upholding prior Orders compelling Extell Development to pay 9% statutory interest from the date of the breach of contract until the full Judgment is paid.
